Have you ever left a training or fellowship brimming with ideas but unsure how to take the next step? The Alumni Project Fund is here to champion the ideas and leadership of IREX Community Solutions Program alumni. It is a space to experiment, grow, and connect.

In this first phase, the Fund will offer both financial and hands-on support for alumni-led initiatives that:

• Test and explore new ideas by piloting projects, gathering insights, and learning from the process.

• Grow proven solutions by expanding programmes that build leadership, spark innovation, and create lasting social change.

• Strengthen sustainability by developing the skills and tools to engage donors and secure future funding.

• Share what works by capturing lessons learned and exchanging knowledge across our global network.

Five grants between USD 3,000 and USD 8,000 will be awarded in the first cycle through our privately funded grants.

Along the way, the Leading Well Network will be a partner in your journey. We will help refine ideas, measure impact, and build the expertise you need to make your vision real. Together, we will strengthen the connections and collective impact of alumni across the globe.
