Every government and community fosters safety and opportunity for even the most vulnerable, and every child has full access to education and a vibrant future. Our ecosystems and government systems are healthy and sustained. There are billions of connected community development professionals who model daily how to act as compassionate, capable, ethical and growth-centered leaders who wisely solve the great problems of our times.
Our Mission
International Leading Well Network helps the helpers around the globe. Whether they are working for healthier ecosystems; education, access and equity for all; accountability; or inclusive solutions to local conflicts, ILWN supports committed community development professionals so they can more effectively empower and advocate for those who may not have a voice. ILWN provides capacity building training, fosters connections among those doing similar work through monthly Communities of Practice, and offers micro loans and funding for innovative grassroots projects.

Meet Dr Deidre Combs. Author of three books on cross-cultural conflict resolution strategies, Deidre has been providing leadership skills instruction, management consulting and executive coaching for over thirty years. Since 2007, Deidre has taught and mentored over 4,500 rising international community leaders through 10 distinct government- and privately-funded leadership development fellowship programs.
